Established in 1978 in Keighley, West Yorkshire, Atkinsons Dyeing boasts over 45 years of experience providing yarn dyeing services to the UK textile industry.
With a reputation for reliability, speed, technical excellence and collaborative spirit, we have established a strong professional presence in the yarn dyeing sector.
Our wide range of services includes dyeing, winding, bleaching, scouring and over-dyeing, as well as a precise colour-matching service in our onsite laboratory.
We take pride in our well-earned reputation, built upon our enduring relationships, and we continue to welcome customers old and new to the Atkinsons Dyeing business.

In 2019, Atkinsons was acquired by AW Hainsworth, a 240-year-old textile manufacturer located in Leeds. With Hainsworth’s enviable heritage and fully established manufacturing facility, the acquisition was a natural fit, allowing for full end-to-end control of Atkinsons’ manufacturing process and quality.
Backed by the financial strength of Hainsworth, we have been able to invest significantly into the Atkinsons business, helping to demonstrate our long-term commitment to all our stakeholders, customers and employees alike.
